Generally, it takes 5-7 days for sample orders and 15-25 days for mass production orders, depending on the order quantities.
How do you ship the finished production?

How do you handle defective products?
All products are produced under a strict quality control system with a defect rate of less than 0.2%. We provide a 5-year warranty; if defects occur during this period, please provide photos or videos, and we will send replacements or include them with your next order.
