● How do I place an order?

● Which countries do you ship to?
Our products have been exported globally, including North America, South America, the Middle East, and Asia (e.g., Colombia, Costa Rica, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, etc.).
● How will my product be packaged?
We implement strict safety measures to ensure your product arrives in pristine condition. For instance, we wrap the ends of the poles with thick felt cloth. Custom packaging methods can also be arranged if required.
● What are the payment terms?
We provide quotations based on FOB, CFR, or CIF terms. Our standard payment process involves an initial 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining balance settled in full by T/T or L/C prior to shipment.
● When can I expect my order?
Depending on the order volume, goods are typically ready for shipment within 30 to 60 business days after the initial deposit is received. Please note that schedules may fluctuate based on shipping routes and container availability.
● Do you provide after-sales support?
