What is the warranty for the LED light?
For the LED light, we provide a 2-year warranty. We also offer 3 or 5-year warranties for special projects upon customers' request.
What is CRI?
CRI (Color Rendering Index) is a quantitative measure of the ability of a light source to reveal the colors of various objects faithfully in comparison with a natural light source. Higher CRI values provide better color accuracy. For our LED lights, the CRI is higher than 80.
How do you offer samples?
We offer free samples in certain quantities, with the shipping costs paid by the clients.
Can your factory make the lights based on customers' designs?
Yes, we offer both OEM and ODM services. We have professional engineers in our R&D department to handle custom designs.
What is your delivery time?
For sample orders, the delivery time is 3-7 working days. For mass orders, it takes 25-30 days after receiving a 30% deposit.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms require a 50% deposit by T/T, with the remaining balance due against the copy of B/L or via L/C at sight.
