The Warehouse Intersection Traffic Light is a safety warning device used at intersections of roads and passageways within warehouses, factories, and logistics parks. It is designed for indoor and outdoor applications requiring signaling and traffic control. It provides a controlled field of view using high-intensity red/green beam signals to direct the passage of pedestrians and vehicles, such as forklifts and stackers, avoiding collisions when visibility is obstructed or when multiple vehicles are converging. These lights integrate seamlessly into industrial automation and vehicle flow management applications.
The Safe Signalized Intersection Warning System's adjustable-range microwave sensor detects both pedestrian and vehicular traffic. This innovative warehouse light can direct two-way, three-way, or even four-way traffic, making it easily applicable to any high-risk intersection within your facility. It uses warehouse tracking sensors to detect traffic from all directions, and the optional long-range feature detects traffic outside the normal detection area, providing a high-visibility signal to oncoming pedestrians or material handling vehicle operators when their view is obstructed.
Motion sensors use microwave technology to accurately detect trucks, forklifts, pedestrians, and other vehicles in and around loading docks. They also ignore vehicles passing through doors, helping to reduce false activations and lower energy consumption. These sensors can be mounted at various heights and feature a NEMA 4-rated enclosure for added protection against harsh environments.
This product is designed to trigger an alarm at intersections or crossroads. Regardless of whether a trigger is detected, drivers and pedestrians should slow down and proceed with caution, observing the following safety guidelines:
1. Be aware of traffic and potential hazards.
2. Maintain control of the device or vehicle.
3. Ensure a relatively safe speed through the intersection.
4. In the event of an emergency such as a fire, where quick and safe passage is necessary, pay close attention to the blue light emitted by the spotlight. If the spotlight changes, it indicates that there are at least two people passing in the same direction. Observe carefully before proceeding.
