How long does it take for the product to arrive?

Standard production takes 3-7 days. Shipping via express courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, etc.) takes 3-5 days. Air cargo shipping takes 3-7 days, and ocean freight takes 20-40 days depending on local ports and shipping lanes.

What payment terms and methods do you support?

We accept T/T, requiring a 50% deposit before production with the remaining 50% balance cleared before shipment. We recommend a single transaction to reduce multiple banking processing fees.

How are warranty or after-sales issues resolved?

We provide replacements for qualifying products within the 2-year warranty period. Please note that the corresponding transport and logistics costs for the replacement are not covered.
