QHow do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by Express or air or Sea. Express such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT will take about 7 days from our factory to your home. Sea shipping will take about 45 days from our factory to the port.

QIf products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
If there is any problem with the products, you can send us the pictures and videos so we can work out where is the problem. Then we will show you how to repair it. If there are parts to replace, we will provide them for free within warranty and only cost out of warranty.
