Workers do not need professional skills. We will offer working instruction manuals, and our engineers will also provide on-site guidance for several months to help you with commissioning and personnel training.

Our pyrolysis plant can process HDPE, LDPE, PVC, ABS plastic, and other kinds of plastic.
Q What is the capacity and productivity of the machine?
The capacity can be customized according to the customer's requirements. Normally, a single line can do from 50kg to 50 tons. The oil yield and other products depend on the type of material processed.
Q How long does it take to ship and do you provide help with assembly?
Usually it takes 60 days for manufacturing, and the delivery depends on the port of arrival. Our default departure port is Lianyungang Port, and customers can also designate their preferred departure port.
Q What is the warranty period and the after sale support you provide?
Our warranty period is about 1 year, which is also negotiable. We will provide replacement parts, maintenance support, and instructions for use for workers. We have engineers for on-site installation support. Our engineer can arrive at your factory at any time after installation without time limitations.

  • Batch Plant: Operates in cycles, requiring more manual intervention and downtime between batches. It is more suited for small to medium-scale operations. Typically feeds entire tires into the system for pyrolysis.
