A1: For the lamps, we have 2 years warranty. If any quality problems occur on our side during this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.

A3: CRI is a figure which feeds back the real objects' colors. Higher CRI comes with a higher cost. For LED ceiling lamps, the CRI is mostly 70-75Ra, and 80Ra is available at a higher cost.

Q4: Is there a cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A4: For small orders, express shipping will be best. For bulk orders, sea shipping is best but takes more time. For urgent orders, we suggest shipping via air to the airport plus door-to-door delivery through our shipping partner.
