- Warranty Period: 18 months. If broken under normal usage conditions within the warranty period, please provide the invoice and purchase date on the light for free repair.
- Warranty Exclusions:
- Altered fixture dates.
- Damage caused by improper installation or use.
- Damaged or missing main light bodies and bundled accessories.
- Non-natural failures (e.g. incorrect input voltage or setup errors).
- Unauthorized dismantle, alterations, or repairs outside authorized service points.
- Damage caused by force majeure (fires, earthquakes, floods, lightning, pollution, abnormal voltage).
- Light damage caused by rodents, salt spray, or corrosion.
- Post-Warranty: Out-of-warranty repairs will be charged at standard rates (Repair fees + material fees + shipping).
