Product Function Description
  • 1 Press the key quickly to adjust the speed of the light strip. There are four gears (60 seconds, 45 seconds, 30 seconds, 15 seconds)
  • 2 Press and hold the key for 5-6 seconds to enter the step setting mode. *Long press the switch once to set the first step stairs, *Short press the switch a second time to set the second step stairs, *Short press the third time to set the third step stairs, and so on.
  • 3 After the operation is completed, press and hold again for 5-6 seconds to automatically save the corresponding settings.

NOTE:

1. A/B sensors need to be installed at the entrance and exit of the stairs and face the human body.

2. The product is low voltage 12V-24V, need to connect transformer. Do not directly connect 220V, it will burn the controller.

3. The product is not waterproof.

Important Note:
The positive and negative terminals of the power supply input of the controller cannot be reversed, the red wire V+ is connected to the positive electrode of the switching power supply, and the blue (or black wire) V- is connected to the negative electrode of the switching power supply.

Q: What voltage does this stair light controller run on?
The controller operates on a low-voltage DC 12V or DC 24V input. It must be connected to a corresponding transformer/switching power supply. Do not connect it directly to high voltage AC 220V, as it will burn out the unit.
Q: How many channels or steps does this controller support?
This controller supports up to 32 steps (channels). You can configure the number of active steps from 1 to 32 depending on your staircase layout.
Q: Where should the PIR sensors be installed?
The two PIR sensors (labeled A and B) need to be installed at the entrance and exit of the stairs, facing the path of the human body so they can detect motion accurately.
Q: Can I install this controller outdoors or in wet areas?
No, the controller is not waterproof. It must be installed in a dry indoor environment away from moisture and direct water exposure.
Q: What happens if I reverse the positive and negative power connections?
The positive (V+) and negative (V-) terminals must not be reversed. Connect the red wire (V+) to the positive terminal of the switching power supply, and the blue/black wire (V-) to the negative terminal. Reversing them will damage the controller.
Q: Are LED strips and a power supply included in the package?
No, the package only contains 1 piece of the LED controller. The LED light strips and the external power supply/transformer must be purchased separately.
